Mandell’s is proud to have an amazing team of experienced and caring professionals. Our pharmacists oversee the entire process to make sure you receive the utmost in care and compassion from our pharmacy team. Our sales & marketing team is responsible for servicing your fertility center to ensure they have the most updated information and support available.
Terry Malanda is the owner and pharmacist in charge of Mandell’s Clinical Pharmacy. She has 20 years experience in the IVF field and is a certified compounding pharmacist. Her primary goal is to help every patient that uses Mandell’s achieve their dream of parenthood. Terry has a passion for educating women about their reproductive options. “Too many times patients have said ‘If only I had known I would run out of time I would have tried earlier.’ To me this is heart breaking. For years the general public witnessed Hollywood celebrities having later in life babies and at the time the message for an average woman was that they too could put off having children. While I respect the right of any patient to keep treatment confidential, the unfortunate, unintended end result was a lack of fertility awareness in the general population and the unstated idea that women can put childbearing off for later. I am delighted to see infertility issues publicly exposed so that women can plan motherhood armed with education.”
Terry is the Vice President of Garden State Pharmacy Owners, a political action group that lobbies for pharmacy issues and patient rights. It is a voluntary role that she is passionate about. “I feel that every pharmacist should give back to their profession and be part of carving the future of pharmacy. Patient’s Freedom of Choice as to where they receive pharmaceutical benefits is just one of the issues we fight for. For every pharmacist, anything you can contribute to further the profession is appreciated, so do whatever you can, but do something valuable. “
In her spare time, Terry loves to spend as much time with her husband, children, family and friends as she can. “I am pretty busy all the time, so when I am with them, it’s all intense quality time, we make every day count.”
Pharmacy is Sandra’s great love! After interning at Mandell’s Pharmacy, she graduated from Rutgers University in 2004 and joined the staff. Maria loves when patients bring in their babies to introduce them to the staff. “It makes me feel like I played a small part in something really special.”
In her spare time she enjoys live music, fine dining, traveling, running and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Kim graduated Rutgers in 2010 and immediately joined the staff at Mandell’s Clinical Pharmacy. Kim enjoys speaking to patients and helping ease their concerns. “What I love is working in a pharmacy where I can focus on the needs of my patient instead of how many prescriptions we filled.”

She has always enjoyed working in customer service and retail settings so she knew she wanted to be hands on with patients after graduating. She loves knowing that she is part of a great staff that goes above and beyond for their patients.
When she’s not working, she enjoys going out to eat, reading, watching movies, participating in “fun runs” and completing the occasional half marathon.
Before joining Mandell’s in 2013, Eric worked for 10 years in pharmaceutical specialty sales, with a primary focus on women’s health and fertility. Having spent almost six years on the manufacturing side of the fertility market, Eric brings a well-rounded perspective on the unique needs of fertility centers and their patients. “During my years working for the manufacturers, I was always amazed by the level of service patients received from Mandell’s. On top of that, my customers often raved about how much they loved the pharmacy. While I’m certainly biased by now, the admiration I have for Mandell’s originated years before I joined the pharmacy team.”
Eric and his wife, Nancy, love spending time at the beach with their young children, Jake and Vivienne, and their dog Mia.
Annemarie has 20 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales and has worked for major pharmaceutical companies. She joined the staff at Mandell’s in 2006 to experience a new avenue of specialty sales and to be directly involved with the patient experience.

When the opportunity presented itself, “I was thrilled to come on board with this great company because of their high level of integrity, customer service and willingness to put customers first.”
In her spare time Jill enjoys spending time with family, reading and rollerblading. “It has been a joy working with Mandell’s, and I look forward to a long, wonderful journey.”
